How do I order?

• Download our ordering form and send it to sales@TropicalExotique.com

• Please include your name, address, delivery preference

• TropicalExotique will respond within 48 hours to confirm your order and take 1st payment due

• All orders must be placed with us 14 days before the show dates

How are plants shipped?

• Our plants are shipped directly from Thailand to the United States

• Shipments coincide with our show schedule. Orders are due about 2 weeks prior to the show

• Shipment of plants will be in compliance with the appropriate provisional regulations

• There is not fee for importation. You do not need an import permit to order

When are orders delivered?

• We will do the best to ensure safe and prompt delivery

• Orders picked up at show location do not incur additional shipping charges

• Orders shipped directly to you incur domestic shipping costs via UPS

When and what form of payments are accepted?

• TropicalExotique accepts cash, credit card, or debit cards

• First payment of 50% is due to guarantee the order

• Final payment of 50% is due at pickup or upon delivery

Do you offer any discounts?

• For orders over $1,000 USD, TropicalExotique offers a 10% discount

• For orders over $2,000 USD, TropicalExotique offers a 20% discount

• For orders over $3,000 USD, TropicalExotique offers a 30% discount
